• February Yoga Special

    Join us for our monthly yoga special, where we’ll take an afternoon to really delve into the Yoga experience.

    First we'll sit in a circle and share some tea. Then we'll begin some asana by exploring long hold shapes with Yin Yoga, followed by some flowing vinyasa. Then a long luxurious svasana, followed by pranayama, mantra and meditation. As well there will be the option to join us after we finish at 5.30 around the fire for a social.

    We'll also explore concepts of self-care through Yoga, increasing self-compassion and acceptance.
